All App Users Must Read

  • When clicking the stock buyback filter it doesn’t mean the company only bought back stock that year. They may have sold more shares of stock and bought back shares of stock in the same year. Full details will be revealed when you click on the ticker symbol of the stock and review the full analysis.
  • Filter off means it will not filter for that particular metric.
  • This app checks the 52 week low (stocks at their annual low price) and presents fundamentally sound stocks at their annual low price that you can consider buying.
  • All data except for calculations in this app are provided by the data provider. If any data looks off it would be in your best interest to check an outside source and please report it to us so that we can get it corrected (if possible).
  • If you check the 52 week low for the stock market from day to day, most of the stocks found on there will be stocks with negative earnings (losing money some or all years). This app puts you ahead of the game by showing you stocks at or near their annual low price that are fundamentally sound (making money most or all of the five previous years).
  • When you click on the ticker symbol of a stock to further analyze it, most of the terms used are common financial terms used in stock analysis. If you are not familiar with these terms and concepts I have a paid course (at a low price – it can be found in the footer) that you can watch which will explain all.
  • The projected column has the current annual low price for the current year, current projected earnings per share for the current year and a textbox to enter a projection of what the stock can move up to in the next twelve months based on P/E analysis or an outside source like yahoo finance or other investing websites.
  • Looking at the low P/E Ratio for the last five years will tell you where a stock moved down to before moving back up the last five years. By looking at the current P/E Ratio you can get an idea as to whether the stock will continue to move down or whether it is already low and likely to move back up.
  • If you're using the Stock Sage app to check a stock that’s not at its 52 week low (annual low price), the labels 52 week low under the projected column and the current price and low P/E will actually be current figures as opposed to the current years low figures.
